Refund policy
Most of our products are customized products. For this reason WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS. There is no CANCELLATION OF A ORDER that has already started being processed once you approve of your proof.
We ask that when purchasing a custom item from our site please include your email. We will make a proof of your design and send it to you for approval before we do the final customization on the item.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order please inspect it and contact us immediately if the order is wrong or there is an manufacture issue. We will do our best to look into the issue and make it right. Please send pictures of the wrong order or the issue. Please refer to any sizing charts prior to ordering and also review all spelling and details of your item before approving the proof.
We do stand behind our products and your satisfactions is our priority. If for some reason the items are not right or you have a problem with your order, please reach out to our customer service team through email so we can work on a resolution.
