Shipping policy
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the order is wrong or item has a manufacture issue. We will strive do our best to look into the issue and make it right. Please send pictures of the order.
Due to the nature of these items, there is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, STORE CREDITS, or CANCELLATIONS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once your item is shipped.

Our turnaround time can be up to 7-21 business days, but we strive to have our products out as fast as we can. During the holiday seasons this time is subject to change. Please remember these items are hand/custom made and do require a little time to create and process. If you are needing a custom item at a specific time, it's good to try and place your order at least 3weeks in advance.
We mainly ship via USPS but at times may use other shipping services. We are not responsible for LOST, STOLEN, or DAMAGED packages. Banners and Backdrops are usually through FedEx or UPS.
Due to the pandemic shipping may still be delayed. To avoid any further delays on customized items please place your order at least 3 weeks prior to needing them. If you are in need of expedited shipping, please email us first to inquire about the time and if we can accommodate that order for you.
Please make sure to double check that your address is correct on your invoice. It is important to make sure you leave your email at check out, as this is our main way to contact you about your order.
